Pastoral CARE

Every member in the Grace Church community strives to fulfill our mission of living as a disciple of Christ. A key element to prepare for this mission is parishioner care. By helping each other during times of difficulty, celebrating together during times of joy, and always lifting each other up in prayer, we begin to build a Christ-centered community.

At Grace we are pleased to have a parishioner care team. Our current ministries include pastoral visits, a parish-wide prayer list, and parishioner-provided meals:

• The parish prayer list is read aloud each Sunday during the service and names are printed in the bulletin. 

• If you are in need of prayers but prefer something more private, please know our team will keep your request confidential. 

• Several of our team members work in the area health systems and are able to make visits to those hospitalized. 

• If a home-cooked meal would be helpful during a time of change, please let us know and we will coordinate a meal train.
