Ministries

Our many lay ministries are vital to the life of Grace Church. Through them, our members are able to contribute their special gifts, build relationships with other members, and deepen their spirituality. Please feel free to contact any of the people listed below for more information about joining any ministry team.

Christian Formation

For detailed information about our educational programs for children and adults, please see Grow Your Faith.

Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministries team offers a diverse array of Christian Formation opportunities for our children. Contact: Tina Cumings

Teen Ministry

This group of parents and other adults works to inspire teens through opportunities for discovery, learning and growth. We sponsor action youth groups, middle and high school Christian Formation, mission trips and retreats. Contact: Tina Cumings

Adult Ministries

Recognizing education as a life-long process, our adult ministries team works year-round to provide classes that are not only relevant to parishioners' interests but also create opportunities for the deepening of adult faith. Contact: Martha Porter

Small Group Ministries

Our mission is to be a community of people who support one another on our journey of spiritual growth. Grace currently has four active small groups of varying demographic and interest bases, including a women-only group, a group dealing with parenting issues, one which focuses on a Christian response to current political and socio-economic developments and a young women's prayer group. Childcare

We support the discipleship of Grace Church parents by providing high-quality care for their children. We are proud to offer childcare not only for all worship services, but also at all parish events. The childcare is provided by a volunteer parent rotation and seven highly skilled and screened local college students.

Library

Grace has an extensive collection of books and resource materials available to its members. We are currently in the process of cataloguing the volumes to make them more easily accessible.
